You can return an item within 3 days of its arrival. If more than 3 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
You can exchange an item within 7 days of arrival.
Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached Sale/Discount/Promotion items are eligible for refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DPD Standard 2-3 business days – 10 EUR on all other orders.
DPD Express 1-2 business days – 20 EUR on all other orders.
Europe (EU countries)
UPS Standard 2-8 business days – 20 EUR on all other orders.
UPS Express 1-2 business days – 70 EUR on all other order next day delivery for orders placed until 12 am.

All orders are set to despatch within 2 business days. Once your order is dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Once the payment has been completed the order is being processed in our system and can not be canceled. Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake.
